Job Summary

Ensure timely and accurate processing of interbank FX and corporate FX deals for Global Markets India, including document handling, trade reporting to repositories, and monitoring trade matching platforms. Maintain strict compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements (FIM, RBI exchange control, FEMA/FEDAI/FIMMDA) while meeting cut-off times and TAT. Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver high service levels and support Treasury initiatives through process streamlining and intraday controls.

Key Responsibilities

•Accurately and timely process interbank FX deals from Front Office within cut-off times.
•Accurately report trades to the trade repository, including trade lifecycle events across products.
•Monitor trade matching platforms and ensure confirmations and payments are sent on time.
•Ensure all regulatory and internal control requirements are met and required client documents are received timely.
•Support Treasury business initiatives and suggest process streamlining to improve efficiency, accuracy, and cost savings.

Key Requirements

•Operate in a highly controlled, regulated environment, adhering to guidance such as Global Banking & Markets FIM, RBI exchange control manual, FEMA, FEDAI and FIMMDA, and internal control guidelines.
•Maintain extremely high accuracy while processing FX/derivative deals under demanding time constraints.
•Build robust intraday controls with effective checks and balances and ensure timely, accurate information submission.
•Streamline workflows to reduce processing time without compromising controls and support electronic settlement mechanisms.
•Complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment as required.
