Supervisor

Oversee Food & Beverage outlet operations in a luxury hotel at Meydan Racecourse. Assist the Restaurant Manager in planning and directing outlet processes to deliver quality service aligned with SOPs while meeting budgeted revenue and profit targets. Supervise service and hygiene standards, support colleagues with hands-on coaching, coordinate briefings and training, and ensure effective kitchen-to-service communication. Escalate guest issues, promote upselling, and step in for operational leadership when needed.
