Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead administration of the company’s equity compensation programs, including grant issuance, vesting events, award modifications, and ongoing plan operations.
  • •Partner with Payroll, Tax, and Finance to ensure accurate processing and reporting of equity transactions.
  • •Coordinate and manage equity grant cycles and equity-related corporate actions.
  • •Serve as subject matter expert and primary point of contact for equity compensation matters, including guidance and resolution of complex participant issues.
  • •Ensure compliance with securities laws, tax regulations, accounting requirements, insider trading policies, and equity plan provisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • •10+ years of progressive compensation experience.

  • •Advanced Excel skills for large-scale data analysis, financial modeling, and executive reporting.
