Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain high standards of cleanliness within the home and collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff
  • •Vacuum, mop floors, polish, and ensure upkeep of communal areas and residents’ bedrooms
  • •Manage housekeeping stocks for day-to-day use and report issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor
  • •Support residents to ensure they feel happy and at home, contributing to a welcoming environment
  • •Work with other teams to handle multiple requests and maintain organised, efficient operations
