Senior Cost Manager - Data Centre

Lead cost management for data centre projects, supporting feasibility studies, procurement reporting, and cost planning from early stages through delivery. Manage tendering activities (pre-qualification, tender lists, preliminaries, analysis, and reporting), control post-contract cost variances, and oversee change control and final accounts negotiations. Provide accurate valuations, produce monthly post-contract cost reports, contribute to value engineering, and interface with clients and consultants while supporting continuous process improvements.
