Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely perform warehouse tasks including pulling, loading/unloading, sorting, staging/stacking, wrapping, transporting, counting, QC checks, dumping, rework, and replenishing.
  • •Verify the accuracy and quality of products received from vendors and shipped to customers, and maintain required records (BOLs, receivers, pick tickets) per SOP.
  • •Operate the yard switcher and automatic/straight trucks to move trailers and trucks to/from designated parking areas and bay doors for loading/unloading.
  • •Interact with automation systems and screens, voice pick/paper pick systems, and conveyors to build/finish/verify pallet accuracy and ensure correct load outs and inventory counts.
  • •Operate warehouse material-handling and support equipment (e.g., forklifts, palletizer, wrapper, floor scrubber, cardboard baler, dock plates, bay doors) and complete safety/pre-trip checks and janitorial tasks as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Pass the forklift skills assessment and safely operate PBV Material Handling Equipment.
  • •At least six months of forklift experience (preferred).
  • •Computer/Human Machine Interface skills.
  • •Mechanical aptitude and good math, reading, writing, and communication skills.
  • •Ability to read/understand product labels and load ticket instructions and count large quantities in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
