Job Summary

Support successful show and event productions by handling technical load-ins/outs, equipment and rentals, band set changes, and stage area care. Coordinate passes, tickets, guest lists, signage updates, and band support items while communicating event details to the production crew. Assist audio and lighting teams with cabling, fixtures, microphones, and repairs, and help maintain sound, light, stage equipment, and house backline in a safe, clean manner.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform load-in and load-out of band equipment and rental equipment.
•Secure required passes and tickets, prepare guest lists under the stage manager’s direction.
•Assist audio and lighting crews as directed, including cabling and setup support.
•Maintain and repair sound, light, and stage equipment; maintain and secure house backline and supplies.
•Operate and care for stage areas safely and in a clean manner, including stage trash removal and helping set up for next shows.

Key Requirements

•3 years minimum Tour and Stage Production experience.
•Experience with stage lighting and pro audio systems, plus basic video systems.
•Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
•Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
•Must be able to move up to 75 lbs using proper lifting techniques and have a High School Diploma.
