Key Responsibilities

•Own the Google UA channel end-to-end, with full accountability for CPA/ROI and budget across every market.
•Scale into new markets methodically using keyword research, native-language ad copy sign-off, compliance review, and QA before launches.
•Make data-driven CPA/ROI decisions by setting and defending target CPAs per country using cohort ROI data (D7/LTV).
•Run the optimization loop including search-term mining, negative-keyword hygiene, bid adjustments, and Quality Score/Ad Strength improvements.
•Enforce compliance and brand safety at scale and partner cross-functionally with analytics/BI, creative, and product to align acquisition targets with unit economics.

Key Requirements

•4+ years running Google Ads at meaningful scale (6-figure+ spend), ideally in consumer subscription, D2C, or performance-marketing environments.
•Deep hands-on fluency with Google Ads including the platform and API/scripts (bulk campaign builds, bidding strategies, RSA optimization, audience layering).
•Strong quantitative decision-making with CPA/ROAS/LTV cohort math; SQL or BigQuery is a plus.
•Proven experience scaling into new international markets, including geo/language expansion and adapting to local compliance nuances.
•Sharp eye for ad policy and compliance risk, with high attention to detail while owning structure at scale.
