Senior Lifeguard

Ensure pool safety and help run day-to-day operations at Tunbridge Wells Sports Centre. Provide customer care, maintain cleanliness and safe pool equipment setup, and supervise lifeguards and leisure assistants each shift. Support the Duty Manager, act as relief Duty Manager when trained, and serve as key holder and responsible person when required. Conduct operational checks and audits, and monitor compliance with health and safety procedures, NOPs, and emergency plans.
