Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and assess legislations registered with the committee and ensure attachments are complete.
  • •Participate in preparing and drafting proposed local and federal legislations in coordination with the team.
  • •Study government notes on federal draft laws and provide legal observations.
  • •Review and study memoranda of understanding and international agreements with local or federal authorities and follow up until approval.
  • •Prepare legal explanatory notes and clarifications for current emirate-wide legislations in coordination with the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Law with at least 2 years of experience
