Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead major software engineering projects with broad scope and long-term business implications, delivering innovative, cost-effective, high-quality solutions with faster time-to-market.
  • •Develop strategic technical plans and architecture proposals based on identified solution gaps; lead planning, design, and implementation of technical solutions.
  • •Perform PoCs and maintain solution and technology roadmaps; research current and upcoming technologies and recommend suitable frameworks.
  • •Collaborate with Project Managers to create cost/time estimates, define technical scope, and manage project lifecycle; establish quality metrics and QA processes.
  • •Mentor and guide team through all SDLC phases, manage production incidents, and provide technical training to team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • •5 to 8 years of experience in related field, including 5 to 8 years of experience in delivering secure solutions in Financial Services Sector is preferred.
  • •Advanced knowledge and understanding of Software Engineering Concepts and Methodologies.
  • •Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to work in a matrix-based distributed project team.
  • •Ability to learn and implement new technologies, frameworks and tools and to interface with external/internal resources.
