Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using custom car haulers.
  • •Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the hauler to ensure vehicles remain safe to drive.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes into the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • •All applicants must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including detailing vehicles and loading/unloading hauler vehicles in indoor/outdoor conditions, walking/standing for extended periods, and lifting/carrying items of 50 lbs.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English; frequent driving requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
