Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in Ice Protection System design activities to support aircraft programmes evolutions and contribute to future technologies maturation.
  • •Identify, perform or support projects aimed at improving knowledge of icing conditions or methods to develop Ice Protection Systems.
  • •Control evolutions of existing methods and tools used on Ice Protection System: manage evolution of existing tools, integrate new tools, propose improvements for current methods and design new methods adapted to future aircraft challenges.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the System Integration department to ensure system performance and safety.
  • •Assist in defining, validating and applying new methods and tools for next-generation aircraft ice protection.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering Degree in Mechanical/System Engineering or related discipline.
  • •2 to 5 years in Mechanical design or System Integration or modelling.
  • •English: Negotiation level.
  • •Aeronautics context and certification framework (CS-25, CS-E).
  • •Knowledge of Fluid dynamics, thermal, thermodynamic engineering and scientific computation/modelization skills.
