  • •Set the vision and lead enterprise transformation of business results through consumer behavior and marketplace insights.
  • •Architect how the organization leverages buyer behavioral data, including AI implementation, standardization of reporting and analytics, and best practices.
  • •Perform analysis and create forecasts and recommendations for product preferences, sales coverage, market penetration, sales trends, and market practices.
  • •Distill disparate data and insights into narratives that influence senior leaders across the organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 12 years of experience across analytics and insights, with strong preference for CPG and food experience (including Director/Sr Director level within CPG or VP experience on the vendor side).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, or related); Master’s degree preferred.
  • •Proven experience managing senior managers, preferably at the enterprise level.
  • •Proven track record influencing senior leadership with strategic insight and executive presence.
  • •Ability to combine rigorous analytic approaches with compelling storytelling to understand individual consumer behavior.
