Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and anticipate supplier/internal research for seasonal components and kits; secure the component offer and develop innovations aligned with styling expectations.
  • •Coordinate with artistic direction, studio, and product teams to ensure feasibility, deadlines, and cost constraints; manage sample development and timelines.
  • •Update PLM/Excel data accurately throughout the development-to-production process and ensure data reliability.
  • •Lead the development team and coordinate weekly development meetings with Studio, Heads, and product chiefs; manage KPI reporting.
  • •Oversee and validate prototypes, development orders, and supplier quotes; ensure stock management and timely handover to production.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 years experience in a similar function in Ready-to-Wear; luxury experience is a plus.
  • •Bac +4/5 diploma.
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.
  • •Strong managerial capability.
  • •Very good technical knowledge of components is essential.
