Key Responsibilities

•Lead the entire power electronics development lifecycle, from concept and specification through design, simulation, prototyping, testing, and mass production support
•Architect and design power conversion systems (e.g., AC/DC, DC/DC, inverters) for various applications, focusing on efficiency, power density, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
•Conduct detailed circuit analysis, component selection, and worst-case analysis to ensure robust and compliant designs
•Perform power loss calculations, thermal analysis, and implement appropriate cooling solutions
•Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for power electronics hardware, including functional, performance, reliability, and compliance testing

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics Engineering, or a related field
•Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in power electronics design and development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior engineering role
•Proven expertise in designing and developing power converter topologies (e.g., flyback, buck, boost, LLC, resonant converters, PFC)
•Strong understanding of power semiconductor devices (e.g., MOSFETs, IGBTs, GaN, SiC) and their application
•Proficiency in power electronics simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, PSIM, PLECS, MATLAB/Simulink)
