Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop quarterly training strategies aligned to commercial goals and KPIs, including training needs analysis across stores.
  • •Design and deliver high-impact training programmes across classroom, virtual, webinars, and conferences.
  • •Analyse sales and KPI data to inform training priorities, measure impact, and implement corrective actions.
  • •Coach store leaders and teams to maximise sales, profitability, and embed the Pandora Customer Experience model.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Retail Operations, HR, VM, and Merchandising to ensure training supports broader initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Established, experienced senior retail leadership with a proven track record in retail sales training.
  • •Proven experience managing multiple locations with a target-driven, sales-focused approach to achieving KPIs.

  • •Exceptional facilitation and coaching skills, including designing and delivering training using adult learning principles.
