Job Summary

Lead and consolidate the FP&A function for Kraft Heinz Eastern Europe, driving Month End closure, weekly and monthly reporting with actuals and forecasts, and the Zero Based Budgeting (ZBB) agenda. Partner with CEO/CFO on performance, drive finance transformation and automation, and share best practices across the Zone FP&A community.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and consolidate financial Month End closure
•Prepare and share the key financial reports to the Business Team with Actual results and Forecast updates
•Lead the ZBB Agenda through constant challenge and control of indirects budget
•Manage the Month Performance Review deck preparation & Forecast Commitment meeting update
•Be a partner to CEO/CFO for any performance related queries

Key Requirements

•5 years of expertise in Finance function (FP&A / Commercial finance preferably)
•Advanced Excel / Power Point knowledge skills
•Basic understanding of SAP system
•Ability to process / visualise / simplify big data
•Developed presentation skills / Story telling (presentation to Leadership Team)
