Serve as a client-first trusted advisor in the branch, uncovering customers’ financial wellness needs through in-person and proactive phone conversations. Build new relationships and deepen existing ones by opening and expanding consumer and small business accounts and lending products. Meet activity and sales goals, leverage leads and walk-ins, and partner with internal teams. Ensure compliance with risk, security, audit, and documentation requirements while supporting teller-line branch operations.
