  • •Lead and grow the Verifications engineering team, setting technical direction and driving performance and career development.
  • •Own reliability and quality for a broad portfolio of fulfillment integrations, reducing friction and minimizing candidate/customer impact when issues arise.
  • •Partner with Product to define and execute the roadmap across employment, education, drug and health, and compliance products.
  • •Drive technical strategy to scale a complex, integration-heavy system via architecture decisions that reduce manual exceptions and improve consistency.
  • •Represent Verifications in cross-functional planning on capacity, tradeoffs, and roadmap sequencing while supporting responsible AI-assisted development adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years as an engineering manager building and developing high-performing teams.
