Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain tool room inventory and system records of active tools and consumables, including daily cart inventory, Good Receipts, purchase requisitions, and shipping documents.
  • •Perform daily and weekly tool audits, manage tool/supply issuance and traceability using logs and tool tags, and ensure compliant storage according to manufacturer recommendations.
  • •Create, maintain, and update tool control records and manage electronic records/document storage and retention; assist with internal audits and training for new hires.
  • •Participate in monthly calibration due-date reviews and perform daily torque wrench testing/recording to NIST standards; receive and log tools for monthly calibrations.
  • •Support tool room environmental controls for tools per ISO/IEC 17025 and participate in quarterly calibration back-up training.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience working in tools, materials, or logistics management environment.
  • •Experience working with Tool Room processes and procedures.
  • •Prior SAP or database experience is preferred.
  • •US Person under ITAR definition (U.S. Citizen, green card holder, or person covered under an existing ITAR license).
