Job Summary

Own demand and supply planning by independently managing MRP-driven activities, including MRP validation, component planning, and forecast development using historical data and sales trends. Build and monitor daily and monthly production plans (MPS), track plan-versus-actual, and mitigate shortage-file risks to meet OTD and sales KPIs. Support SIOP setup/execution, capacity planning models, inventory management, and root-cause analysis with SAP and advanced Excel tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Independently handle demand and supply planning, including working with Material Requirement Planning systems.
•Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and report opportunities for improvement to management.
•Develop demand forecasts from historical data and sales trends; prepare daily and monthly production plans based on customer requirements.
•Monitor production plan vs actual through MPS and highlight risks; align demands to production plans with scheduling adherence.
•Support SIOP and capacity planning models, maintain MPS stability, manage inventory (including turns and DOH), and perform root-cause analysis.

Key Requirements

•BE in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics with 4 to 6 years of experience.
•Experience in demand planning and supply planning with expertise in Material Requirement Planning (MRP) systems.
•Good knowledge of MRP validation and exposure in component planning.
•Strong analytical skills to work with large data sets and ambiguity, including root cause analysis.
•Knowledge of scheduling, SIOP process setup and execution, and master production scheduling (MPS).
