•Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews based on customer risk profiles and apply risk management standards.
•Review customer transaction history and account usage, analyze behavior patterns, and perform periodic reviews.
•Assess and approve reports for high-risk customers according to set policies and procedures.
•Perform in-depth customer analysis using provided documentation and external sources to determine onboarding within risk appetite.
•Maintain AML/CFT compliance understanding, draft SAR narratives when warranted, support audits, and mentor KYC Operations Analysts.

•Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to meet strict KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
•Flexible to work in shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
