Job Summary

Lead strategic sourcing and contracting for technical categories across IT, Security, Product, and Engineering. Own end-to-end contract lifecycle work for software, SaaS, infrastructure, hardware, security, and professional services, running RFx events and negotiating commercial and risk terms with Legal. Manage a high-volume pipeline with rigor, mature procurement processes and tooling, and serve as a senior knowledge resource while partnering with technical stakeholders, Legal, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

•Own strategic sourcing for technical categories and manage end-to-end contract lifecycle for software, SaaS, infrastructure, hardware, security, and professional services agreements.
•Partner with technical leaders to translate requirements into sourcing strategies and drive vendor selection.
•Lead RFx events (RFI/RFP/RFQ) end-to-end, structure evaluation criteria, and recommend paths through contract close.
•Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and risk-related contract language in partnership with Legal.
•Develop category strategies and maintain ongoing vendor relationships and portfolio health (performance, renewals, and risk) continuously.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of procurement manager experience leading mid-to-large sourcing events and owning category management.
•Experience sourcing technical categories (IT, Security, Product, or Engineering), including software licensing (SaaS/consumption-based/enterprise) and cloud infrastructure agreements.
•Strong commercial acumen to evaluate vendors, negotiate pricing and terms, and balance cost with quality and risk.
•Ability to manage high-volume workloads while maintaining rigor, responsiveness, and project tracking for RFx timelines.
•Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to translate technical requirements into sourcing strategy.
