Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic operational direction to deliver on client commitments, including oversight of SLAs.
  • •Represent Fiserv and build alliances with the largest and most complex clients globally.
  • •Act as a change agent to improve service engagement and drive client loyalty and growth.
  • •Build and expand internal relationships to align and coordinate how Fiserv manages client relationships.
  • •Hire, coach, and mentor a team of experienced senior account managers, creating a culture of excellence.

Salary: USD 126,500 - 197,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent field required.
  • •Minimum 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, with significant experience structuring and delivering account management plans.
  • •Experience working in a large, matrixed organization with numerous products/services.
  • •Sufficient management and supervisory experience to resolve difficult and sensitive problems and be accountable for actions and decisions.
  • •Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
