Oversee accounting and financial operations for new venues in the LATAM market, partnering with regional leadership to manage annual budgets, forecasts, and corporate reporting. Build and maintain CapEx financial models, perform variance and risk analysis, and support lease accounting aligned with contractual terms. Lead process mapping for new system implementations, drive process improvements, and deliver ad-hoc analyses to executive management.
