Key Responsibilities

  • •Mentor and guide Coaches to maintain continuous, integrated alignment for ASWF enablement.
  • •Execute practice standards and address acute needs within the SDU.
  • •Radiate insights on practice health, check-ins, and assessments across SDUs and with the Learning Office.
  • •Support SDUs in adapting to emerging needs by leveraging tools and processes.
  • •Provide rapid practice feedback to practitioners and support novice Soldiers when dedicated pairs are unavailable.

Salary: USD 164,619 - 280,667

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
  • •2 years’ experience coaching and coordinating work done of teams with functions such as software engineering, security, compliance, data science, and product design.
  • •Ability to coach and train intermediate and junior software developers across planning, requirements, risk management, design, development, architecture, modeling, estimation, configuration management, quality, security, and testing.
  • •Fluent in test-driven development, lean methodology, and DevSecOps.
  • •Knowledge of Java, C#, Spring Boot, PHP, TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, Python, Kotlin, and programming/data-logic to transform and visualize data.
