Staff Engineering Product Manager (Remote)

Own the strategy and roadmap for AI agents that help engineering and operations teams detect problems, troubleshoot root causes, and safely remediate issues across complex cloud environments. Set 12–18 month goals and measurable success criteria, validate opportunities through customer research and data, prototype workflows with AI tools, and define evaluation methods for accuracy, reliability, explainability, safety, and user trust. Partner through discovery to delivery and measure adoption to continuously improve.
