Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.
  • •Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships using appointments, Centers of Influence, a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up, and referrals.
  • •Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build internal partnerships.
  • •Educate customers on how to optimize their use of bank technology, including online, mobile, and ATM banking.
  • •Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies while adhering to operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of customer service and sales in banking/financial services/goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or relevant military administration/contracting/civil affairs experience.

  • •Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
