•Processare responsabilmente la merce in entrata mediante un'accurata gestione del magazzino e contribuire alla gestione del magazzino del negozio.
•Gestire le vendite in cassa con accuratezza e cortesia, assicurando un’esperienza di acquisto fluida per i clienti.
•Garantire alti standard di customer service in linea con i valori del marchio e supportare il raggiungimento dei KPI di vendita.
•Eseguire e mantenere le linee guida del Visual Merchandising secondo i criteri Puma, contribuendo all’aspetto visivo del punto vendita.
•Individuare opportunità di prodotto e comunicarle al management team per migliorare la redditività del negozio.

Key Requirements

•Experience in the retail environment is preferred and an interest in the Puma brand
•Customer-oriented, friendly and reliable personality
•Team player with excellent communication skills
•Ability to provide high levels of customer service and quick learning aptitude
•Good computer literacy and knowledge of MS programs
