Control System Project Engineer (Kirchhain, DE, 35274)

Work on a variety of projects developing and optimizing electro-hydraulic control systems for ship loading arms. Translate customer specifications into technical solutions within budget and timelines, produce drawings and bills of materials, coordinate external partners, and plan and participate in test activities. Support make-or-buy insourcing decisions and contribute to sales bids. After onboarding, lead the controls department (4 employees) and build an innovative team.
