Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead key parts of customer onboarding and deployment to ensure smooth and timely implementations.
  • •Partner with internal teams across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to execute implementation plans and solve customer problems quickly.
  • •Learn and analyse client accounting and finance workflows, then translate needs into clear requirements and practical solutions.
  • •Guide customers through onboarding, training, change management, and adoption.
  • •Support data migration, reconciliations, systems setup, integration coordination, and maintain documentation and status updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Meaningful experience in accounting, audit, advisory, finance transformation, or a related customer-facing role.
  • •Strong accounting foundation covering financial close, reconciliations, revenue recognition, and core finance workflows, including familiarity with UK GAAP and IFRS.
  • •Excellent communication skills to work directly with customers and senior stakeholders.
  • •Systems-minded, highly organised, customer-oriented approach to implementation work in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Strong organisational and project management skills to manage multiple workstreams cross-functionally while maintaining high attention to detail.
