Key Requirements

  • •10+ years’ experience leading complex programs, portfolios, or transformation initiatives within large, matrixed organisations.
  • •Tertiary qualification or practical experience in program management (e.g., Prince 2, Scrum Master, Agile project management).
  • •Ability to develop and manage detailed program plans, oversee project activities, and manage resource capacity plans to meet scope, time, and budget.
  • •Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities while maintaining delivery momentum.
  • •Experience using project delivery tools such as Atlassian (JIRA and Confluence) and Clarity, or similar platforms.
