Job Summary

Lead core banking and treasury technology production support and change management across SDLC, translating business requirements into technical specifications through delivery and post-implementation maintenance. Manage a diversified offshore and outsourced team to achieve SLAs, oversee testing, quality, and compliance controls, and conduct system analysis, root cause analysis, and production transfer documentation. Provide technical guidance while supporting FLEXCUBE (FCUBS/FLEXCUBE) solutions and treasury interfaces to prevent financial and operational loss.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the SDLC for change management in core and treasury banking from business requirements to technical specifications, delivery, and post-implementation maintenance.
•Lead core banking and treasury production support and change function within SLA, schedule, budget, and scope parameters, including testing and quality/compliance controls.
•Manage a diversified team of offshore and outsourced professionals responsible for pan-bank application support, ensuring SLA achievement.
•Conduct system analysis, assess issue/initiative impact, develop solution documentation (SRS), and prepare technical design specifications and programs.
•Support integrations and treasury systems/interfaces, execute root cause analysis (RCA), prepare production transfer documentation, and maintain documentation for custom configuration and third-party solution parameterisation.

Key Requirements

•8+ years in team management and project management managing core implementation and treasury systems.
•Extensive hands-on experience delivering, developing, and supporting FCUBS V11.x and FLEXCUBE 14.x.
•Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL programming.
•Strong understanding of SDLC across architecture, design, development, and support.
•Banking domain knowledge, including core banking and treasury products (Core Banking, General Ledger, Loans, Treasury Products).
