Oversee daily operations for the Vinyl Room, managing staff, schedules, timesheets, and guest experience. Key Responsibilities

•Maintain daily labor and timesheets.
•Oversee schedules and reservations for the Vinyl Rooms and conduct daily pre-shifts.
•Conduct semi-annual evaluations of Vinyl staff and recommend raises to the Assistant General Manager.
•Manage staffing levels, including hiring/terminations, disciplinary documentation, and staff training.
•Maintain OSHA workplace and housekeeping standards, follow HOB Service Standards, and control costs for labor, F&B, and liquor.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of high-volume experience with a VIP club or upscale hospitality establishment.
•Knowledge of state, federal, and local liquor laws and health code regulations.
•Ability to work late hours and handle intoxicated guests in a positive and safety-minded manner.
•Financial and operational skills including P&L reports and cost of sales.
•High school diploma; Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training certification (or equivalent).
