Key Responsibilities

  • •Support pre-contract award activities, including bid submission inputs, alignment of terms and conditions, PROM activities, and customer contract negotiations.
  • •Assist post-contract award contract management set up, including project contract summary, kickoff meetings, contract records, contractual alignment, and training/awareness sessions.
  • •Coordinate contractual matters across functions, ensuring required inputs are received and driving customer correspondence review, distribution, and closeout.
  • •Track and manage contract administration elements such as client billing closeout, insurance certification, letters of credit, bonds, payment guarantees, and flow-down provisions.
  • •Organize and chair commercial management meetings and support opportunities and risk matrices, including development of lessons learned for future bids.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Engineering, legal, Commercial, or Quantity Surveying, plus 3 years of functional experience.
  • •Proven contract management experience in the EPC/EPCI industry, including energy transition and onshore, offshore, subsea, or floating facilities (FPSO/FPU).
  • •In-depth knowledge of EPC/EPCI project lifecycles across design, procurement, construction, and installation phases.
  • •Ability to analyze complex contract requirements, identify potential risks, and negotiate to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
