Job Summary

Bridge finance strategy and technical delivery by supporting SAP BPC and SAP Analytics Cloud for the International FP&A portfolio. Own solution support and delivery for financial, headcount, and operational planning using driver-based allocations, configure processes, reports, and templates, and translate business needs into functional requirements. Participate in builds, testing, rollouts, and upgrades, collaborate across IT and business teams, and help troubleshoot production issues globally.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver and support financial planning, headcount planning, and operational planning solutions using SAP BPC and SAP Analytics Cloud.
•Configure planning processes and develop reports and templates for FP&A activities.
•Translate business processes into functional requirements for developers as needed and guide technical development using specification documentation.
•Participate in solution build, test, implementations, rollouts, and upgrades; step in for project solution architect activities as needed.
•Provide production support troubleshooting, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to FP&A systems solution roadmaps.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business (or equivalent).
•8+ years of ERP FP&A systems (SAC, SAP BPC, Oracle EPM, Anaplan, OneStream, etc.) with hands-on implementation of planning solutions at high complexity/scale.
•Experience as a technical/functional analyst developing templates and configuring environments/models (dimensions, logic, computations).
•Ability to translate complex technical requirements into “finance-speak” for executive stakeholders and gather/present requirements into functional and technical specifications.
•Strong understanding of FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, consolidated financial reporting) and familiarity with data modeling and ETL processes.
