Communications Technician

Join the Capcoal Surface Operations team to install, maintain, and repair on-site communications systems in line with legislative and safety requirements. You’ll respond to business-critical events, perform safety processes (including root-cause analysis, risk assessments, and SOP reviews), and travel across site as needed. The role also supports site leadership by facilitating people, safety, technical, and operating business systems, ensuring governance and compliance while optimizing and improving performance.
