Job Summary

Lead Value Engineer to drive data-driven business transformation for Celonis Nordic customers. You’ll translate strategic priorities into high-impact use cases, build demos and business cases, run value assessments, facilitate value workshops, and present realized value to C-level executives—working with sales, partners, and services to accelerate adoption and renewal of Celonis Process Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and frame value by translating customers’ strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases and building demos and business cases to win new customers
•Undertake Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value projects and communicate the value opportunity and strategic roadmap to C-Level executives
•Facilitate business value workshops and use Celonis to identify opportunities for process enhancement and initiate enterprise-wide change initiatives
•Present results and realized value to senior management and across stakeholder groups, including at the C-level
•Manage the end-to-end customer value journey (landing, expanding, adoption, renewing) and build strategic expansion roadmaps to drive adoption and renewal

Key Requirements

•Experience in an analytical role focused on demonstrating or securing value through data analysis and business process improvement, ideally in a customer-facing Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering or IT/Management Consulting role with a SaaS provider or consultancy.
•Knowledge of Python and/or SQL, and experience with BI tools; ability to build dashboards, apps and action flows.
•Experience in planning and managing project scopes, timelines, and coordinating with partners across ecosystems.
•Ability to communicate value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-level executives.
•Experience developing business cases, demos and value-oriented workshops to drive adoption and expansion.
