Job Summary

Lead and manage complex AI transformation across Central Europe, scaling AI throughout the insurance business value chain and operating entities. Drive the AI strategy and portfolio, set the regional roadmap for AI initiatives in Claims and CX, and translate the program ambition into a prioritized pipeline. Facilitate regional steering committees, align stakeholders across countries, and support local implementation while partnering with IT leadership and regional AI hub teams.

•Lead and manage an AI transformation program across Central Europe, modernizing insurance business processes with AI and re-engineering operating models.

•Drive the AI agenda (Claims and CX) across operating entities by setting direction, shaping the regional roadmap, and ensuring delivery against measurable outcomes.
•Translate program ambitions into a prioritized pipeline focused on high-volume transactional processes where AI delivers the largest gains.
•Prepare, organize, and facilitate regional project steering committees to ensure decision-making and alignment across stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in claims, operations, or process transformation with a track record of delivering efficiency or effectiveness impact.
•Strong understanding of claims and customer-service processes and operating models.
•Experience managing cross-functional collaboration, ideally in a multinational context.
•Working knowledge of AI technologies and agentic principles, and how they apply to claims and CX.
