Job Summary

Own scaled programs that engage and support TikTok News Creators, building relationships with creators, journalists, and publishers. Partner with Product, operations, and cross-functional teams to localize and launch creator initiatives across global markets. Define measurement plans, track engagement and program progress to goals, and use data-driven insights to optimize performance. Coordinate stakeholder updates and identify growth opportunities informed by product roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, support, and execute scaled programs focused on engaging and supporting TikTok News Creators.
•Build and manage relationships with News Creators and Journalists to support News content strategies.
•Align on standardized, clear measurement plans with the product team and track engagement and program progress to goals, incorporating improvements.
•Collaborate with operations teams to localize and launch creator programs across global markets.
•Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., Comms, GR, Legal) to operationalize and scale creator programs and engagement.

Key Requirements

•BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
•Demonstrated understanding of the digital news ecosystem, journalism industry, and creator landscape, including experience in creator/content/media partnerships and program management.
•Experience developing and executing end-to-end programs (planning, launch, stakeholder management, measurement, reporting) with strong project management skills.
•Experience building and managing relationships with creators, journalists, publishers, media organizations, or other external partners.
•Fluent communication in Spanish and English, with the ability to collaborate with Spanish creators and partners, and experience using data to inform strategy and optimize program performance.
