Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise clients on cost and procurement strategies, manage vendor prequalification, assess proposals/bids, chair bid interviews, and recommend appointment outcomes.
  • •Develop and manage project estimates across fees, direct work, and other costs; review junior estimates and deliver value engineering recommendations and risk assessments.
  • •Establish and manage cost reporting schedules; review and present cost reports/forecasts, budgets and spend forecasts, and maintain commercial risk registers with periodic meetings.
  • •Perform cost control by reviewing payment application assessments, recommending contractor entitlements with project managers, assessing change order requests, and supporting dispute prevention/resolution.
  • •Manage final accounting processes including post-contract audits, account closeouts, post-contract reviews, and procedures for project handover/closeout.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
  • •2–3 years of relevant experience in cost management or quantity surveying within the construction industry.
  • •RICS accreditation or working toward accreditation.
  • •Experience supporting cost management on medium to large-scale construction projects across varied project types.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
