Job Summary

Lead onsite shop/field service operations by coordinating service technicians and executing the service marketing plan to drive profitable service revenue. Provide technical leadership and serve as a subject matter expert, supporting training and competency development. Oversee structured service procedures, assist with warranty issue documentation, and communicate work order status to customers and the service manager. Maintain required safety and environmental practices with PPE and safety-first execution.

•Develop and promote the service business to generate profitable service revenues and coordinate service resources to meet goals.
•Direct, coordinate, and evaluate service technicians; implement and maintain organized service procedures.
•Develop technician competence through product, technical, and administrative training; act as a subject matter expert.
•Assist with warranty issues by documenting and providing quality feedback to Product Companies.
•Provide daily service reports/forms and communicate work order status and relevant activities to customers and the Service Manager.

Key Requirements

•Minimum Certificate of Completion from a Technical or Trade School, with 5-7+ years of related experience and/or training (or equivalent education and experience).
•Maintain required US Department of Labor Mine Safety & Health Administration training certificates or agree to complete required training programs.
•Basic computer skills and familiarity with Epiroc equipment, with demonstrated strong mechanical aptitude.
•Ability to read basic hydraulic and 24-volt schematics.
•Valid driver’s license; if operating commercial vehicles, ability to obtain a CDL for DOT purposes and meet age requirements for intrastate/interstate driving.
