Job Summary

Support and enforce security compliance for Government Security Compliance programs within Collins Aerospace, following DoD NISPOM, NSA COMSEC Manual, and related directives. Serve as the liaison between engineering missions and the compliance team, providing hands-on oversight for assigned labs. Manage restricted-lab access, COMSEC and classified material controls, lock access processes, alarms/incident response, and security log documentation. Support the FSO and CPSO with compliance tasks and customer guidance.

Key Responsibilities

•Support and enforce security compliance policies and procedures for assigned programs and labs in accordance with DoD/NSA directives.
•Control access for restricted/secured labs and secure containers, ensuring users have required clearances, authorization, and need-to-know; provide security training and guidance.
•Maintain accountability and control of COMSEC and classified material, including inventory audits.
•Respond to lab alarms and provide initial investigation for incident response.
•Manage lock control processes and provide guidance to internal lab customers; collect, review, document, and archive security logs and report anomalies.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
•Must be a U.S. Citizen.
•Must have or be capable of obtaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance; active/existing clearance required after day 1.
•Ability to perform admin/support activities over the weekends and after core business hours.
•Ability to perform security compliance tasks in accordance with DoD/NSA and government agency directives.
