Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain smart, professional appearance and adhere to dress standards and personal hygiene requirements.
  • •Attend daily briefings/meetings and learn detailed menu, wine, and club facilities to assist customers.
  • •Ensure mis-en-place is completed prior to service and keep food service areas clean, tidy, and hygienic.
  • •Greet customers, take accurate orders, communicate promptly to bar/kitchen staff, and check orders prior to serving.
  • •Follow health and safety procedures, handle customer queries/complaints promptly, keep supervisors informed, and support training and additional duties as required.

Key Requirements

  • •General certificate of Education (10th Grade or above).
  • •2 years’ experience in a reputed Hotel/Leisure industry in a similar Waiter/Waitress role.
  • •Good appearance with strong personal hygiene and grooming standards.
  • •Knowledge of Food & Beverage and service standards, with the ability to advise customers based on menu and wine knowledge.
  • •Fluency in English (verbal and written) and supportive, people-focused attitude with teamwork skills.
