Key Responsibilities

•Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective actions, and communicating timely updates to internal and external stakeholders.
•Lead project administration, including adherence to contract penalty clauses/liquidated damages, analyzing reporting to identify deficiencies, and ensuring compliance with business requirements and governing agencies.
•Financially manage projects: cash flow, monthly forecasted cost/revenue, forecasted cost at completion, expense monitoring, collections support, applied cost, and monthly backlog review communications.
•Validate project scope, cost, and schedule by reviewing contract documents, holding internal meetings, setting customer expectations, identifying risks, and developing mitigation plans.
•Utilize and manage subcontractors: oversee RFQ process, award and execute subcontracts, coordinate communication for progress, meetings, billing expectations, and safety, and build project schedules using tasks, dependencies, and milestones.

Key Requirements

•Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Construction Project Management degree preferred.
•6-10+ years of professional project management experience.
•Extensive financial analysis experience, including cost segregation, margin analysis, and earned value management (EVM) or similar methodologies.
•Ability to manage scope, schedule, and risk with sufficient technical or construction knowledge.
•Must possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations.
•Prior experience resolving collections and customer financial issues during project execution.
