Key Responsibilities

  • •Capture and translate business process requirements into ERP and/or MES workflows for operational processes.
  • •Liaise between Business and IT; ensure requirements and projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • •Engage and launch efficient operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes.
  • •Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements for IT and work with cross-functional project teams across departments, IT, and consultants.
  • •Provide onsite support to Operation teams, perform SIT/UAT end-user training, validate data migrations, and document test scenarios.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering / industrial engineering or equivalent experience
  • •At least 3 years of project management experience
  • •Experience with ERP and/or MES systems (AX/SAP an advantage)
  • •Strong Thai and English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • •Ability to train end users and share knowledge about modified systems
