Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage a broad range of hazardous building material and industrial hygiene projects for private and public-sector clients.
•Collaborate with licensed professionals and regulatory specialists on surveys, investigations, and abatement/remediation design.
•Provide technical/regulatory leadership for projects across New England, the US, and internationally.
•Develop proposals with work scope, budgets, and schedules for survey/design/abatement and other industrial hygiene projects.
•Review and oversee technical work and field activities to ensure compliance with scope, budget, schedule, and standards.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•BA/BS + 8 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
•Technical experience directly related to building hazardous material (asbestos, lead paint, etc.)
•Industrial hygiene, mold, or indoor air quality experience
•Must have 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training
•Must have EPA AHERA Asbestos Inspector Certification
