Engineering Manager, Query Integration

Lead the MongoDB Server Query team that builds and optimizes a distributed open source query engine. Own people leadership for a group of software engineers while contributing code as needed, improving technical processes, and guiding the roadmap. Drive query lifecycle capabilities like parsing, optimization, plan selection/execution, and user-facing features including full-text search, vector search, and workload observability, with impact across transactional, time-series, and analytical workloads.
