Key Responsibilities

•Support enterprise integration applications using tools such as webMethods, TIBCO, MuleSoft, and Dell Boomi.
•Apply REST/SOAP principles and work with SOAP/REST services.
•Use API management concepts and fundamentals in solution support.
•Handle HTTP/HTTPS communication including request/response, headers, and XML/JSON data.
•Apply troubleshooting skills and align work with ITIL concepts; contribute to automated testing practices.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of professional work experience in the Enterprise Integration domain.
•2+ years of experience supporting applications using tools like webMethods, TIBCO, MuleSoft, or Dell Boomi.
•Good understanding of REST/SOAP principles and SOAP/REST services.
•Knowledge of API management fundamentals and HTTP/HTTPS (including headers, request/response, XML/JSON).
•Basic understanding of SQL and Linux concepts, plus knowledge of testing methodologies and ITIL concepts.
